Hi Folks,                                                                                  January 14, 2004

            Well, if we ever needed confirmation that this is a “real” winter, I guess this is it!!  The temperature at my house this morning was 17 (that’s Adirondacker talk….the below zero is inferred!!)  We have some good stuff coming up for the upcoming winter and spring season so here we go:

            We’re kicking things off at the Schenectady AOH Hall, 1748 State St.,
on Saturday, Feb. 7^th.  As we were brainstorming our schedule for this year, we realized that we have performed very few gigs the past few seasons in the “Immediate Capital District” …..so we ran it by our friends at the AOH and we scheduled this gig.  Think of it as a pre St. Patrick’s party!!  Call 374-9003 for further information.     

We begin the actual St. Patrick’s month festivities on Sunday, March 14^th at the official home of the “Footheads” Partner’s Pub in Johnstown.  Need we say more!! You know this one will sell out fast!!  Call 762-BEER soon for info/reservations.

            My other group, Skuttlebutt has additional gigs scheduled in March including another stop at the Schenectady AOH Hall on March 17^th itself.  Check out www.skuttlebutt.cc for more info.

            And…help us close out March madness at The Parting Glass in Saratoga Springs on Saturday, March 27^th.  Call 583-1916 for info./reservations.

            The next stop on the tour is a new one for us.  Join us as we head west to Johnstown and the Johnstown  Senior Citizens Center for a Sunday afternoon concert on April 25^th.  Partial proceeds from the concert will benefit the center.  Join us if you can!  Call 762-4643 for info/reservations.

Our final stop on the tour is VERY exciting to us.  Join us on Friday, May 14  at 8:00 p.m. as we perform as the guests of the Mendelssohn Club of Albany at their Spring Concert at ”the Egg”  in Albany, NY.

            The Mendelssohn Club is an 80 voice male chorus that has performed continuously since 1909. They perform a wide range of musical selections including Broadway, film and classical selections as well as folk, spiritual, sea shanties and international music.  WE are absolutely THRILLED to be asked to be their guests!!
